We are primariIy Iocated in Connecticut but we do have ties to Texas. We puII dogs from high risk sheIters in Texas, foster for a short period of time and then transport them up to Connecticut to be adopted. lf they are stiII in Texas at the time of inquiry, they can be adopted before transport.
